Doctor Whooves

After doing one for Derpy I just had to do one of everyone's favorite Time Lord pony. Give it up for Doctor Whooves of Gallopfrey! I tried to make him look more like Tennant than the one from the show. And if anyone was wondering what the question mark in the top corner is it is what I believe the Doctor's cutie mark would look like. No offense to those who prefer to hour glass, but I just like this one. don't know why, but it just feels more like the Doctor. I also had a bit of fun with his tale XD

I'll probably come back and either color it or re-draw it (the last time I attempted to re-draw it it came out all weird) and then color it.
